About Me

Janine Hewitt pic Hello! I live in the United States in Port Charlotte, Florida. I am married and have 3 great kids- 17 year twin boys and a 10 year old daughter. I work full time and have been a christian for almost 20 years. I have sponsored a child for many years but recently feel compelled to make "more" of a difference in helping children living in extreme poverty and also those subjected to child trafficking. God has blessed me so much and I want to give back and do what I believe is on His heart. I feel that since Jesus had compassion for the hungry, poor and sick than so should we as His followers. Since a missions trip isn't likely in the near future, I have been asking myself what else can I do to be the hands and feet of Jesus? I heard a christian mention this organization and decided to check it out. What a great opportunity to partner and make a difference in children's lives.
