Hope for the Nations is a Kelowna-based NGO, empowering children at risk to become children of change. HOPE equips marginalized children to become leaders — those who affect positive change within their communities — by partnering with local organizations working within a wide variety of cultural contexts.
Sustainable living, agriculture, education, health care, disaster relief, and more - Find a project you want to connect with.
Through the power of education we can break the ongoing cycle of poverty.
Looking for a way to leave a legacy for future generations? Legacy giving is your impact on the children of tomorrow.
By supporting the grassroots of HOPE, you’re choosing to enable the support of projects and agents all over the globe.
I first came in contact with HOPE when I came to Agape Children’s Home in 2006 (I was 5) and received a gift from Good Samaritan. On the cover of the gift box was written ‘Hope for the Nations’, that was how I came to know HOPE.
The greatest gift HOPE gave me was confidence, it made me realize who I am. When I grow up, I want to be a worship minister and a Christian seminary speaker. Currently I am in grade 11 and I like art, dancing, and music.
If I could change one thing in the world, I would change people’s hearts and minds toward children who are hopeless, that they are also part of a global community and deserve love and care.
There are a number of ways to get involved with HOPE, beyond giving a monetary donation. Our ability to make a lasting and ongoing impact is thanks to our volunteers. If you're interested in getting involved by donating your time, we want to hear from you.
Whether you're led to make a donation to the foundation of HOPE through our Pillar Program, or looking to make a lasting contribution to the future with the Legacy program, or looking to support a specific project in the country of your choice, your support matters and is appreciated.
