Hope had the opportunity to help with a local non profit in town called Hands in Service. Their mission is to bring fresh produce to everyone in our community. One hot sunny morning, 40 volunteers joined forces and planted  400 Living Salad pots filled with fresh living plants. Thanks to the dedicated efforts of their non-profit organization and an incredible team of volunteers, these innovative pots offer a sustainable solution for individuals and families who struggle to afford fresh produce. We strive to create healthier and more nourished communities by working together and fighting food insecurity close to home.  Working in tandem with other non profits allows us to see and feel the needs of those around us. We believe that everyone working together will bring about more effective change. It was also a great time to connect with volunteers who have similar values.
